In this document, "GTC" or "the Platform" refers to Generative Technology Center, including all its digital platforms and educational branches. "Trainee" or "User" refers to any individual who visits our website or enrolls in our training programs.

Trainees must provide accurate and complete information when registering for any track. GTC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

Trainees are expected to attend sessions on time, participate in applied projects, and follow the guidance of mentors and supervisors. Failure to comply may result in withholding the certificate of completion or removal from the program.

All educational materials and content provided during the training programs, including recordings, documents, and projects, are the exclusive property of GTC. They may not be redistributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Enrollment fees are payable according to the schedule announced for each track. Fees are non-refundable once the program has started, except in exceptional cases evaluated solely at the discretion of GTC management.

All trainees are expected to respect their peers and instructors. Any form of harassment, abuse, or distribution of inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. GTC reserves the right to dismiss any trainee who violates these policies.

GTC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement.
